Rules of Conduct – Rottneros 45

Welcome to Rottneros 45! Our rules of conduct exist to ensure a pleasant stay for you and all our guests. Thank you for being considerate and helping us maintain a calm and well-kept environment.


Arrival and Check-In

Please book and check in according to the instructions on our website or by calling the number provided. For late arrivals – kindly notify us in advance.

Allowed Vehicles and Units

We welcome both motorhomes and caravans. For now, only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. If you are arriving with a caravan, please park your car near the restaurant.

Placement and Safety

Park your unit according to the designated spot and maintain proper distance for fire safety. Follow staff instructions when necessary.

Electricity and Equipment

Only use approved electrical cables and equipment. Gas and electricity must comply with current safety regulations. Disposable grills are not permitted – you’re welcome to use your own grill under supervision.

Quiet Hours and Consideration

Be respectful of other guests – especially in the evenings and at night. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome – but must be kept on a leash and walked outside the area. Don’t forget to clean up after them.

Waste and Recycling

Sort your waste according to the instructions. Never dispose of hot charcoal or other flammable materials in the bins.

Shared Responsibility

Leave your pitch in the same condition you would like to find it. Take care of the area, the equipment, and the surrounding nature.

Visitors

Temporary guests are welcome but must park in the designated area outside the grounds.

Other Rules

  • Only one car per pitch.
  • Washing vehicles or similar activities is not allowed.
  • It is not permitted to sublet or transfer your pitch.
  • Smoking and pets are not allowed in service areas.
  • Diesel generators are not allowed.

In case of serious violation of the rules, guests may be asked to leave the premises. By staying at Rottneros 45, you agree to these rules of conduct.
