General Terms and Conditions – Rottneros 45

Applies to bookings of motorhome/caravan pitches

Our Commitments as the Rental Provider:

At Rottneros 45, we are responsible for:

  • Confirming your booking in writing via email or another agreement.
  • Providing access to your pitch as described at the time of booking.
  • Informing you promptly of any significant changes affecting your booking.
  • Ensuring you can use the pitch from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You are encouraged to contact us immediately if something is not as expected with your pitch – we appreciate the chance to resolve any issues during your stay.

Booking – Pitch

For motorhome/caravan pitches, full payment is made upon time of booking. There is a booking fee of 50 SEK which is non-refundable.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the full fee will be charged, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Interrupted Stay

If you choose to leave earlier than planned, no refund will be given for the remaining nights.

Your Rights

If you have any complaints – please notify us as soon as possible, preferably immediately upon discovery. We want the opportunity to correct any issues during your stay. Problems not reported in a timely manner cannot be compensated afterward.

Your Responsibilities

  • Age Requirement: The minimum age for booking and staying without a guardian is 20 years.
  • You are responsible for taking care of the pitch and the service area and of following our rules of conduct and any other instructions from us.

    As a guest, you are responsible for keeping yourself informed.

Eviction

The right to use the pitch will be terminated immediately if:

  • You or someone in your party behaves disruptively.
  • You cause damage to property.
  • You violate the rules of conduct.

In such cases, you will be required to leave the premises immediately. No refund will be issued.

Force Majeure – Major Events

If your booking cannot be fulfilled due to war, fire, natural disasters, power outages, or other major unforeseen events beyond our control, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement. Any refund will be made with deductions for the value you have received from the accommodation or pitch.
